Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup low-fat fruit-flavored yogurt (pineapple or lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
Preparation
  1. Combine carrots, raisins and walnuts in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir yogurt, seasoning blend and brown sugar in small bowl until smooth and well combined. Stir into carrot mixture. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve.
