Carrot Salad Recipe
Ingredients- 1 pound carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup low-fat fruit-flavored yogurt (pineapple or lemon)
- 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- Combine carrots, raisins and walnuts in a medium bowl.
- Stir yogurt, seasoning blend and brown sugar in small bowl until smooth and well combined. Stir into carrot mixture. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve.
